Management and  Project status reports 

Trying to project, manage or monitor building work in Corfu while you live elsewhere? Worried that you are not on hand to supervise and resolve any building issues as they occur? Have you just purchased a piece of land, designed a property but do not know of a builder you can trust? Tired of traveling to Corfu every few weeks to supervise a building project? Then we can help.

We offer the following services:

• Provide independent reports for new build properties
  We operate in conjunction with, but independently of, our local associates. We're therefore in a position to advise you of the project progress, particularly when stage payments are required. We will send you regular reports and photographs of the building development via email so that you are confident the previous building stage is completed when the developer requests a further staged payment. This will give you peace of mind when paying out monies from a long way from home.
  

• Provide project management for property refurbishments
  We can help you with the organisation and auxiliary work required to bring an old  property up to a livable standard, this service is available even if you did not purchase the property through us. For 15% of the cost of the building work we will organise the various building inspectors, certificates, surveyors and workmen. Normally because of our local knowledge and close association with the various building trades we can save you the cost of our management fee and certainly the hassle. We will also send you regular updates and photographs via email as the project progresses.
  

• Property Monitoring Service
  It may well be that you will not be permanently living in your Corfu home. If so, we can offer a regular monitoring of your property, checking that nothing untoward has happened during long absences. We can also arrange to let your property for periods when you are not using it.
