 The villa is located in Arillas NW Corfu. The Villa Dimi is a newly built detached villa in a nice architectural style. It comprises two bedrooms, bathroom and toilet, there is a large fully equipped kitchen, a lounge living room and a veranda viewing the best Corfu olive grooves. The surrounding garden joins the property's private land which is large in size. Can accommodate up to 5 people.  The villa is at a distance of about 1300 m. from the Arillas beach, 400 m from Tavern and supermarket, 2 km from the center of Agios Stefanos , 500 m from swimming pool and 500 m from bus stop. It also possible to let the Villas for longer time during the winter months with of course special prices. This is because the weather in Corfu is pleasant also during the winter.
